- Gentle deep clean — Neutral-pH cleaners only. Never anything that would etch or damage the stone.
- Stain and etch treatment — Targeted treatments for water spots, food stains, oil and biological growth.
- Honing or polishing where required — For floors and surfaces where the finish has worn, we restore the original honed or polished finish.
- Premium sealer application — Penetrating sealer suited to the specific stone — marble-rated for marble, salt-resistant for limestone pool surrounds, food-safe for granite benchtops.
- Final inspection and detailed care guidance — Including a personalised "do and don't" list for daily care.
