All natural stones will benefit from pre-sealing prior to laying or before starting the grouting process, especially for light coloured and porous stones during the construction phase / in dirty working environments .This process will help prevent the moisture and minerals in the grout seeping into the stone itself causing picture framing / staining / water bruising effects. Pre sealing acts as protection during the construction phase allowing ease of cleaning after construction is complete ensuring the best final finish when the final clean and seal is to take place.
